Will an unlocked alltel cell phone work with Cellular South?

I am looking to purchase an unlocked alltel cell phone and I just want to know if it could work with Cellular south.

The phone will work. Internet or MMS will not.Cellular South may have a policy against putting other phones on their network. But it can work.
