Last week, I sent an email with an mp3 attachment to my Alltel LG cell phone.

When I went to open the file, there was no option for me to open the attachment. So, I decided to use myxer.com and see if that would work.

I read that myxer.com was safe, so I typed in my cell # and they sent me a message. I STILL couldn't open the attachment, so I gave up.

Now, this week, the cell phone bill came in, and there is a $10 charge for ringtones.

Did myxer rip me off, and is this going to reoccur every month?

yes they cheated you 10 dollars. everyone says they are free but they do charge for some things. send a text message with stop to their 5 digit number. that will prevent them from charging you again next month.
