Well I have a Moto Q 9c and when it first got it, I always had caller ID. Then I had to get it reprogrammed and on my Dad's plan instead of my mom's. I have the same plan thing and everything it is just on my Dad's bill. But for some reason when people call me it just says, Unknown. No number or name or anything. Even if that person is in my contacts. It doesn't do that when I text though. It always says who it is when I text. Just not when I call. How do I get Caller ID back?
