when i try to send a text message to my friends cell phone. it says "unable to send general problems" and when i go to the message status it says "delivery failed, Errorermanent, Cause: Mss.Expt.P. But when i send text messages to other people it goes through. what could the problem be. i went to alltel website and i could not find the solution. phone is a alltel lg ax8600mb. bill is paid and in service.

Having previously worked with Alltel if it is only doing it with a certain friend I would say first check and make sure the number you are trying to send it to is correct. Secondly it could be a block placed on either your friends end or in your phone. This can happen easily by accident.
