I have an Ampd Hollywood (Moto E816) everything worked fine until they went out of business, Now I obviously have no service but also the time and date won't work and if I try to go to settings it just goes back to the main screen, Also the camera or video cam wont save to the memory. I want to flash the phone but I want to make sure it works still.

Unfortunately when Ampd went out of business, the software updates also went with them. As odd as that sounds, clock time and date, certain memory functions and programming are all out. your going to have to find another service provider for the rest of the software upgrades.
