OK, last week all of the sudden my Amp'd phone started working again...full service, text, vmail, everyhitng.

I tried to contact Amp's to tell them to shut the damn thing off but the website is down and the VM says customer service is closed and to go to website....I dont know what the F is goping on

I am having the same problem with ampd. I cancelled my service months ago and they still have to yet to turn the phone off and they still continue to send me bills. I cannot get in contact with anyone at customer service and have no idea what I am suppose to do. Anyone with suggestions?
