bell mobility 3 yr. family plan...can i switch phones?

i was wondering if i could purchase a nokia N95, sony ericsson w580 or the LG KE85 on a bell mobility 3 year family plan. My samsung phone is broken and i need a new phone anyways, wondering if i could get one of these while staying on the bell plan.
