I have a HTC Touch phone from Bell, I'm still under contract, so if I buy an unlocked phone like the Motorola RAZR2 V9, I can just take the sim card from the HTC Touch and put in the Razr, and stll keep my contract (I think that's how it works), but where can I find the SIM card on the HTC Touch? Any help or advice would be great.

Bell doesn't work under SIM cards, that's only companies who run on GSM network like rogers. Bell is CDMA, so you can ONLY use a BELL phone. If your phone is a bell one, you can just call them to swap the phones for you and they will also provide you with programming instructions.
