Default I just activated FACEBOOK MOBILE. I'm on BELL MOBILITY. Do i have to pay each time
i receive a msg??? I'm wondering whether I'm charged 15 cents on each msg...or is it free? My plan is a standard one, I'm not paying extra for text msging....

facebook doesn't charge anything, but if your provider charges when you receive texts then yes you will be charged.
