Blackberry With Bell Mobility. Help!!!?

well my blackberry was on a contract but it was under my moms name because im 17, well my mom died so now the phones no longer on a contract, she bought out the contract before she died too though, so now im just wondering how/If i can even put the phone onto another contract can i do this or can i even put it on pay and talk. ?
