Would Bell Mobility be able to provide me with a replacement adaptor cord

for my cell? The wire is exposed and frayed, therefore it's not charging. Otherwise the phone is fine. If they charged me, do you happen to know in what price range it would be? It's a Sanyo SCP 2300.
