Boost Mobile outage?
I just bought a Boost unlimited phone three days ago. So far, I've had nothing but problems. I wasn't able to keep my old Boost phone number (they claimed it was an out-of-state phone number, though I know it was a local number, and my new number is very close to the same!). I could not receive incoming calls for two days, I STILL have no web access and do not have picture message capability, even though it is on my plan. I can't even access ringtones. Customer service has been of no help, "We're having a nationwide web outage", but my fiance has an unlimited phone, lives in the same house, and everything works fine with her phone!! Has any one else had these kinds of issues?
