Ok so i havent used my boost mobile service/phone for about two years now and decided to switch back to it. I went to walgreens to buy a reboost card and tried to dial 233(ADD) to reboost but it says service restricted as in i can't make any calls. How would i reboost if i cant even make the call? I tried to go on boostmobile.com to re boost but it says i have a wrong pin. I sent a email to Customer support but they told me i need to reactivate.. My phone is activated I have a phone number and all that stuff.

Now i need to know if its possible to reset my pin number or something? Because i don't know any other pin numbers that would be right.. I looked into the Starter Kit where i wrote my pin # and that is the one i typed in but it says its wrong.

And now i can't even reboost my phone.. I need to know what to do.
