Ok, well im tryna get a hold of someone and their phone has a ring back to it and that person always has a ringtone when you call but today when i try to call the ringtone is like 2seconds and just rings constanly never getting to a voicemail.i tried texting and this perons always writes me back within 5-10 mins but got no respond.is the phone has a bad signal or is the phone cut off.my friends also tried to contact this person and the same thing.
