Boost Mobile pay as you go best plan?

I saw boost mobile and even called them. It says its 10 cents a minute (I have virgin mobile and I pay 18 cents a minute). Is there any type of hidden fees with boost mobile pay as you go? I was wondering they also said you need to top it up every three months atleast $10. Best answer 10 points!
